How to book your activity trip to Llain

1. Ring our Activity Line: 01545 580127 and our staff will be happy to discuss your requirements and will send your comprehensive information pack and confirm provisional booking dates.

2. Obtain the necessary approval for your trip and circulate details to parents, students etc.

3. Collect a £30 deposit from your students and send them to us within 21 days to confirm your place.

4. Confirm group numbers 1 week prior to visit & pay the balance on arrival at Llain.

Preview Visits

We encourage all Party Leaders to visit our Centre in advance of their trip. Please contact us to arrange a suitable date.

* Schools can often arrange for their LEA to pay the VAT on an educational visit or trip, please speak to your school bursar or contact the centre for more information.
