Abby has worked at Llain since 2004. She has previous experience working with PGL, in the Lake District at The Raymond Priestly Centre, Coniston and has been coaching children and young people for over nine years. A graduate of Birmingham University in 2003 with honours in Sport and Exercise Sciences.
