We pride ourselves on our team of instructors and domestic staff. Together we can provide professional, safe, exciting new experiences for all without losing that personal touch. We like to think of staff as family members who work as a team to provide outdoor activities of the highest quality.

The Owners and Managers of Llain are constantly aware of the need to employ reliable and conscientious staff who are able to adapt to any situation that they may find themselves in. It is essential that they are able to communicate with a whole variety of customers from primary school pupils to colleges and adult clients.

The centre has a seasonal full-time staff of up to 15 all of whom have been carefully chosen based on their personality, character, experience and qualifications. Along with these staff members we have a select group of freelance instructors many of whom have worked with us for over five years. These staff have individual knowledge of the local area and the Llain ethos.

All staff have undergone induction and training at Llain in addition to their NGB qualifications. Llain has a policy to continually train and assess its staff and promote both personal and professional development. CRB checks are also an essential requirement.
