We are delighted to have partnered up with highly respected Portuguese chef Fernando Da Silva and his team to reopen Rossini’s at a new location in The Cambrian Hotel in New Quay, opposite the entrance to Quay West Holiday Park. Fernando has previously run Rossini’s Italian restaurant in New Quay and amassed quite a following due to his excellent reputation in producing high quality Meditterranean dishes as well as other menu options which will be available at the Cambrian.
Please note that we are licenced to sell alcohol and have a selection of bottled beers, spirits and wines as well as soft drinks.
